MYOB Payroll Setup & Training at Kokopo Vunamami Local Level Government

Hi folks, listen-up, because Vatnabar Consulting Limited(VCL) is extremely pleased to announce the successful accomplishment and implementation of the new MYOB payroll system for the Kokopo Vunamami Local Level Government (KVULLG), on Friday 7 July 2023.

Briefly, the KVULLG is essentially the Kokopo City Council that manages the city and its rate payers.

Since the Kokopo City Council’s inception, after the volcanic eruption in Rabaul in 1994, the council had managed its HR payroll function using MS Excel. With the use of MS Excel to run a payroll system that employs over 70 employees, is so phenomenal a task by any stretch of imagination, let alone for so many years.

“I have been dreaming about this for a long-long-time, and thankful that this payroll project is no longer a dream but a reality”, quipped City Manager of KVULLG, Mr Freddy Lemeki.
